The philosophy of Holy Spirit's preschool program is to encourage children to learn and grow by providing a foundation of developmentally appropriate experiences where all can succeed in a safe and nurturing environment. We believe that each child is an individual, a child of God, and that all children can learn. Our preschool program provides an inclusive setting that recognizes each child's varied abilities, interests, needs, and learning styles.

We believe children learn best through meaningful play. Our play-based, child-centered program reflects the integration of physical, spiritual, cognitive, social, emotional, language, self-help, and aesthetic areas for the total development of the child. Meaningful play encourages curiosity and problem solving which allows individual growth and development of confidence and a positive self-image.

Holy Spirit provides a child-oriented, individualized program, for children from 33 months to 5 years of age, that
offers each child the opportunity to develop his or her unique potential. We provide opportunities for each child to explore, experience and discover his or her world, promoting development within the context of safety, security and trust. Students also work with educational specialists in the areas of music, library, and physical education.
